We are more aware than ever that in these tough economic times people do not want surprises when it comes to their finances.  My office is completely up-front and thorough when discussing financial arrangements with my patients.  You will know what your obligation will be before any treatment is started.

Because we discuss and answer all questions about treatment cost ahead of time, we anticipate that you will make full payment at the time services are rendered.  For your convenience, my office will accept cash, personal checks, and the major credit and debit cards.

If you are fortunate enough to have dental insurance to offset some of the cost of your treatment, then we will be glad to assist you in getting the maximum benefit from it.  We are a participating provider with the Guardian Insurance company.  For all other insurance companies, we will estimate what they will reimburse the doctor for your visit, and deduct it from your total that day. 

As a courtesy to our patients, we print your insurance claim and mail it the same day you visit us.  We also vigorously advocate for our patients, and will call and/or write letters to the insurance companies when necessary to dispute an unfair outcome.
