Ann Giovannini is our Office Administrator. She is responsible for the majority of our office scheduling, accounts receivable and treatment referrals. Ann goes above and beyond to accommodate our patients’ needs. She has several years experience as a business owner and has contributed to the marketing aspect of our practice. Ann is thorough, compassionate, and driven to succeed. Ann resides in Seneca Falls and has two grown daughters. Her hobbies include gardening, boating and golf.
Christy Rose is our Patient Coordinator. She greets our patients with a warm, sunny disposition. Christy brings over 10 years customer service experience with her; which is evident when you call my office. She is caring and compassionate, and will make every effort to make you feel welcome. Christy resides in Port Byron with her husband Michael and their two children. They enjoy a variety of activities as a family.
Vince Klock is our Business Manager. If you have any billing or insurance questions he is the “go-to” (and only) guy. He will help you utilize your dental benefits to the fullest, and is always available to answer any questions you may have. He brings 14 years experience of working in a dental environment to the team. He also maintains/upgrades/repairs all our computer software and hardware, and some of our dental equipment too. Vince is a volunteer wrestling coach at Union Springs High School, enjoys music and family time.
